Welcome to Beh & Yo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at behnyo.com and your engagement with the services provided by Beh and Yo Trading Sdn Bhd. By accessing our website, making a booking, or utilising any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.
Introduction
Beh and Yo Trading Sdn Bhd ("Beh & Yo", "we", "our", or "us") is a premium rabbit care specialist operating in Malaysia, offering professional rabbit grooming, boarding, day care, and pet product services. Our commitment is to provide a safe, nurturing, and exceptional standard of care for your beloved companion. These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services.
Services
Beh & Yo offers the following services for rabbits:
- Rabbit Grooming — Professional grooming sessions including fur trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and full coat maintenance, tailored to your rabbit's breed and individual needs.
- Rabbit Boarding — Overnight and extended-stay accommodation in a calm, supervised environment, with attentive daily care.
- Day Care — Supervised daytime care for rabbits requiring a safe and comfortable environment while their owners are away.
- Pet Products — A curated selection of premium rabbit care products available for purchase in-store and online.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Booking & Appointments
All grooming, boarding, and day care services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or via our authorised booking channels.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future bookings.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. However, late arrivals beyond 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any animal if, upon arrival, we determine that proceeding would compromise the health, safety, or wellbeing of the animal or our team.
Pet Requirements
To ensure the health and safety of all animals in our care, the following requirements apply to all rabbits entering our premises:
Health Declaration
Owners must provide an accurate and up-to-date health declaration at the time of booking and upon arrival. This includes disclosure of any known medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or recent illnesses.
Vaccinations
While rabbits in Malaysia are not subject to mandatory vaccination schedules equivalent to cats and dogs, we strongly encourage owners to ensure their rabbits are in good overall health prior to any visit. A recent veterinary health check is recommended for rabbits attending boarding services.
Behavioural Information
Owners must inform us of any behavioural traits that may affect handling, such as aggression, extreme stress responses, or sensitivity to grooming. This information enables our team to provide the most appropriate and compassionate care.
Beh & Yo reserves the right to decline services for any rabbit that presents signs of contagious illness, parasites, or conditions that may pose a risk to other animals or our staff.
Boarding Terms
Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is from 10:00 AM, and check-out is by 6:00 PM. Late check-outs may be subject to an additional day charge. Please confirm specific times with our team at the time of booking.
Feeding
We provide a standard diet appropriate for rabbits. Owners who wish their rabbit to remain on a specific or specialised diet are welcome to provide their own food at drop-off. Please clearly label all food items and provide written feeding instructions.
Medication
We are able to administer pre-prescribed medication during a boarding stay. Owners must provide the original veterinary prescription, clearly labelled medication, and written dosage instructions. While we will exercise the utmost care, Beh & Yo cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions to medication prescribed and administered as directed.
Emergency Veterinary Care
In the event of a medical emergency during a boarding stay, we will make every reasonable effort to contact the owner immediately. Should we be unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary care on behalf of your rabbit. All associated veterinary costs shall be borne by the owner.
Liability
Beh & Yo will exercise all reasonable care and professional diligence during a boarding stay. However, we cannot be held responsible for illness, injury, or death resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions, natural causes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Grooming Terms
Scope of Service
Grooming services are performed by trained professionals and are tailored to each rabbit's individual coat type, health status, and temperament. Our team will conduct a brief assessment prior to each session.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Owners must disclose any pre-existing skin conditions, matting, wounds, or sensitivities before the session commences. Beh & Yo will not be held liable for any discomfort or adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.
Matted Coats
In cases of severe matting, our groomers will make every effort to deshedd and detangle humanely. Where matting is extensive and shaving is the only safe option, we will proceed in the manner that prioritises the rabbit's welfare. Owners will be advised whenever possible.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Please inform us in advance of any known sensitivities to grooming products. We use professional-grade, animal-safe products; however, Beh & Yo cannot be held responsible for reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities.
Stress and Handling
Rabbits are sensitive animals and may experience stress during grooming. Our team is trained to handle all rabbits with patience and care. In rare circumstances where a rabbit's stress level presents a risk to its health, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue the session and will notify the owner accordingly.
Payment Terms
Pricing
All service pricing is as listed on our website or as confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change at our discretion; however, any agreed booking price will be honoured for that appointment.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via iPay88 and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of services, as specified per service type.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit to be applied to a future booking.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or for no-shows.
- Refunds for pet products are subject to our returns policy as communicated at the point of sale.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@behnyo.com.
Liability & Disclaimer
Beh and Yo Trading Sdn Bhd takes the welfare of every animal in our care with the utmost seriousness. We commit to delivering services with professional diligence, genuine compassion, and the highest attainable standard of care.
However, by engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Beh & Yo shall not be liable for any illness, injury, loss, or death of a pet resulting from undisclosed pre-existing health conditions, natural causes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- In the event of a medical emergency, Beh & Yo will act in the best interests of your rabbit and make every effort to reach you. Any veterinary fees incurred in an emergency are the sole responsibility of the owner.
- Our liability in all circumstances shall be limited to the value of the service rendered.
Beh & Yo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Intellectual Property
All content published on behnyo.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and digital materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Beh and Yo Trading Sdn Bhd or its licensed contributors. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Privacy
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your engagement with Beh & Yo. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Changes to Terms
Beh and Yo Trading Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
