Check-in time is at 11:00 AM and check-out is at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving within these hours to ensure smooth transitions for your pet. If you need alternative timing, please contact us in advance to make special arrangements.

Rabbits naturally dislike being picked up because it triggers their prey instincts — in the wild, being lifted often means danger from a predator.
